Using Education Research to Transform Science Courses at a Large University: An Introduction to the University of Colorado Boulder Science Education Initiative

主讲：Benjamin Zwickl博士

Benjamin Zwickl先生,耶鲁大学物理系博士,科罗拉多大学博尔德分校物理系博士后，主要研究高年级物理实验课程改革，2012年初开始E-CLASS调研(the Colorado Learning Attitudes about Science Survey for Experimental Physics)；获得罗切斯特理工学院的教席Tenure Track（2013年秋起）；获得复旦大学海外引智计划和美国物理教师协会项目资助来复旦大学访问交流。

内容摘要：

For nearly a decade, the University of Colorado Boulder has applied a research-based approach to transforming many upper-division physics lecture and laboratory courses. The transformation process requires a three part emphasis on establishing clear goals, aligning curricula with those goals, and developing assessments. Examples of all aspects of the research-based transformation process will be given based on junior- and senior-level courses in Classical Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, and Optics and Modern Physics Lab. Also, the collection of free resources developed by the University of Colorado Physics Education Research group is available for you.
